 The Camden Life Center is an impact center -this means we are a single location with multiple agencies coming together to act in their areas of strength for the maximum impact and overall benefit of our community. The Camden Life Center is a partnership between Come to the Table Counseling and Center for Family Life and Recovery. The primary goal is to inspire hope, provide help, promote wellness and transform lives with a focus of being in Camden, of Camden, for Camden. 

 The Camden Life Center is different because of its partnerships. Having access to many agencies with differing expertise all working together, you can be sure that you are getting all of the services that you want or need to help you move towards wellness. Having coordinated care between agencies means less frustration as you navigate different programs and services. 

Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation is the leader of short term neurorehabilitation care in New York State. 

Together, we will be working to provide the very best patient care for adults who have sustained Cerebrovascular accident (CVA), brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease and other neurological illnesses resulting in residual deficits and disability. 

Starting November 1st, 2022 our new office located onsite @emerge_nursingandrehab will also be a fully functioning clinic, capable of providing the advanced 19 channel quantitative electroencephalograph (QEEG) brain imagining scan, non-invasive neurofeedback training, and heart rate variability training.  

It has always been our goal to provide services at a high standard to those who will benefit from it the most. Collaborating with Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation at Glen Cove is step towards achieving this goal. We could not be more excited to begin working along side the excellent team of professionals at Emerge, with their residents, and with the community members of Glen Cove, NY.

OVS has a three-tiered mission to: provide compensation to victims of crime, their family members, and other eligible individuals in a timely, efficient and compassionate manner; fund direct services to victims of crime and their families through a network of programs across New York State; and advocate for the rights and benefits of all victims of crime.

STC provides comprehensive care management by referring and connecting our members to appropriate healthcare providers, social programs, and community-based organizations, including support and faith-based groups by request.

 CVAC is a unique resource which offers a safe & welcoming environment for those who have been a victim of, or affected by crime. Our counselors and advocates provide free, trauma-informed supportive services with compassion to survivors.
